We offer an in-house Design, Planning and Building Regulations drawing service for Clients who want to have either an all-in-one package from inception to completion, or just want 3-D sketches to be drawn to help visualise what they want, before DRB price a project for them.

Extensions & Conversions

We have always strived for excellent feedback from our Clients, and as a result have been regularly nominated for Tender for repeat work.

When Tendering, we will always go out to at least 3 sub-contractors per trade to get the best price possible. Likewise, we go out to all our suppliers who offer us good discounts, which in turn allows us to give the Client the best price for items , i.e Kitchens

Design​ & build

Using our in-house design facilities, we are able to offer the complete package from Inception to Completion. Guiding our Clients through the Planning processes necessary, giving Building Regulations advice and providing overall on site Project Management.

Carpentry & Joinery ​

ith a full time employed team of carpenters and joiners, we can provide our customers with quality work on any size project. In addition to this qualified tradesmen staff who are well known throughout the industry for their expertise in carpentry or flooring solutions – should you need them too!

Roof Works

We specialize in roof strengthening and chimney repair, including re-roofing for old houses. Recently we completed a comprehensive structural engineered process on an victorian house in Torquay of an established local housing association to make it more weathertight
